The transaction was finalized on Tuesday January 27, 2026.
Bay City Marine earned a strong reputation as a provider of structural and mechanical repair services, supporting the U.S. Navy, U.S. Coast Guard, and commercial maritime customers on the West Coast. Its location near Naval Station San Diego and its experienced workforce strengthen Técnico Holding’s ability to support fleet readiness and maritime operations in the Pacific region.
The acquisition expands the Técnico family of companies and reinforces presence in the west coast maritime market, complementing existing east coast capabilities. Bay City Marine’s technical expertise and operational focus align with Técnico Holding’s commitment to quality execution, safety, and customer support.
Bay City Marine will continue operations under its current name, with no disruption to customer support or daily operations.
