Landing Craft Air Cushion SSC Maintenance
The U.S. Navy must maintain and modernize its Landing Craft Air Cushion (LCACs) to meet current operational requirements and Ship to Shore Connector (SSCs) to meet future operational requirements. To that end, the Government utilizes this contract, administered by Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC) for the repair, maintenance and modernization requirements of LCACs and SSCs home-ported at ACU-4 at Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story (JEBLC) Virginia Beach, Virginia. The work will encompass LCAC Fleet Modernization Program (FMP), LCAC Post SLEP Extension (PSE), and Ship to Shore Connector (SSC) Post Shakedown (PSA). SSCs are the new version of LCACs. In addition to the aforementioned LCAC/SSC availabilities, Emergent Work/Restricted Availabilities (RAVs) and LCAC Retirement Avails (RET) may be executed under this contract.

General Ship Repair East Coast
Department of the Navy, Military Sealift Command (MSC), Norfolk’s continuing requirement for General Ship Repair – East Coast contract for fulfilling a broad range of ship repair including, but not limited to, pipefitting, welding, machinist work, electrical work, boiler making and repairing, and diesel mechanics. All work will be accomplished in accordance with United States Coast Guard (USCG), American Bureau of Shipping (ABS), Marine Pollution (MARPOL), Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS), local and federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and Shipboard Safety Management System regulations, rules, and requirements of MSC vessels and NAVSEA requirements for U.S. Navy ships (as applicable), and to the satisfaction of the local USCG Inspectors and ABS Surveyors and MSC or U.S. Navy ships Port Engineer or technical representative (as applicable).

SeaPort Next Generation (SeaPort-NxG)
The SeaPort Next Generation (SeaPort-NxG) contract provides access to engineering services and program management services that potentially span the entire spectrum of mission areas and technical capabilities supported by the Department of the Navy (DON) ordering activities as required by the Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, NAVWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research (ONR), Military Sealift Command (MSC), and the United States Marine Corps (USMC).
The overarching requirements for SeaPort-NxG are aimed at providing support services in 23 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management for the Department of the Navy (DON). The administration of this contract and all Task Order (TO) solicitations, proposal submissions, awards, and TO administration entails the use of the SeaPort-NxG web-based portal. Access to the portal is only granted to MAC awardees and authorized account holders.
