Southeast Regional Maintenance Center (SERMC) contract for supporting surface ship maintenance, repair and modernization requirements for Non-Complex Emergent & Continuous Maintenance (EM/CM) and CNO Availabilities for cruiser (CG), destroyer (DDG), landing helicopter deck (LHD), landing platform deck (LPD) and dock landing ship (LSD) class ships homeported in or visiting Mayport, FL.

Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) contract to provide production support touch labor in support of the repair, maintenance and alterations requirements for U.S. Navy waterborne vessels, surface ships and submarines at any location under NNSY NSA/LMA cognizance.

Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) contract to provide support services for Hull, Mechanical and Electrical (HM&E) Cargo/Weapons Handlings and Stowage Systems.

Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC) contract to furnish the necessary non-personal management, administrative and production support, materials, tools, equipment, facilities, and required support to accomplish a full range of depot level troubleshooting, repair, renewal, refurbishment, modernization, maintenance, and testing of U.S. Navy Living Barges and their auxiliary systems (hull, mechanical, and electrical) including the potential of periodic docking.

Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) contract to provide labor, materials, and resources to integrate and modify shipboard and shore-based systems for Engineering and Support Services in support of upgrading, repairs, and maintenance of Hull, Mechanical and Electrical (HM&E) systems for Navy Modernization Programs.

Naval Sea Systems Command contract to support the maintenance, repair and modernization of Littoral Combat Ships (LCS) homeported in Mayport, Florida.

Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) contract for engineering and technical support services for Habitability systems. Work is to consist of material procurement, tooling, equipment, labor and facilities for the design, installation and repair of Habitability Spaces, Facilities, Distributive Systems, Fixtures and Equipment. Habitability Spaces and Facilities consist of living, leisure and community spaces; sanitary spaces; food service and mess area spaces; medical and dental spaces; personnel service spaces i.e., barber shop, ship store, post office, disbursing, legal, gym, religious ministry and welfare, vending machine area; laundry and dry cleaning facilities; offices; workshops, laboratories and tool issue rooms; stowage, storerooms and store issue rooms. The services to be provided encompass the repair or replacement of interior finish materials i.e. bulkhead and overhead sheathing; deck covering systems; paint coatings; furnishings and outfitting including doors, hatches and ladders; supporting distributive systems i.e., heating, ventilation, and air conditioning; power and lighting; potable and chill water; drain, waste and vent; structural and non-structural modifications.

Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS&IMF) contract to provide various types of trade shop support for the repair, maintenance and alterations requirements for U.S. Navy waterborne vessels, surface ships and submarines visiting or home ported in Bremerton, Everett, Keyport and NBK Bangor (Silverdale), Washington.

Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) contract, administered by Mid-Atlantic Maintenance Center (MARMC) for non-complex repair, maintenance, and modernization requirements for Emergent & Continuous Maintenance (EM/CM) and CNO Availabilities on Surface Combatant (DDG and CG) class ships homeported in or visiting Norfolk, VA.

Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) contract, administered by Mid-Atlantic Maintenance Center (MARMC) for non-complex repair, maintenance and modernization requirements of non-nuclear U.S. Navy amphibious (LHA, LHD, LPD and LSD) class ships homeported in or visiting Norfolk, Virginia.

The U.S. Navy must maintain and modernize its Landing Craft Air Cushion (LCACs) to meet current operational requirements and Ship to Shore Connector (SSCs) to meet future operational requirements. To that end, the Government utilizes this contract, administered by Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC) for the repair, maintenance and modernization requirements of LCACs and SSCs home-ported at ACU-4 at Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story (JEBLC) Virginia Beach, Virginia. The work will encompass LCAC Fleet Modernization Program (FMP), LCAC Post SLEP Extension (PSE), and Ship to Shore Connector (SSC) Post Shakedown (PSA). SSCs are the new version of LCACs. In addition to the aforementioned LCAC/SSC availabilities, Emergent Work/Restricted Availabilities (RAVs) and LCAC Retirement Avails (RET) may be executed under this contract.

Department of the Navy, Military Sealift Command (MSC), Norfolk’s continuing requirement for General Ship Repair – East Coast contract for fulfilling a broad range of ship repair including, but not limited to, pipefitting, welding, machinist work, electrical work, boiler making and repairing, and diesel mechanics. All work will be accomplished in accordance with United States Coast Guard (USCG), American Bureau of Shipping (ABS), Marine Pollution (MARPOL), Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS), local and federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and Shipboard Safety Management System regulations, rules, and requirements of MSC vessels and NAVSEA requirements for U.S. Navy ships (as applicable), and to the satisfaction of the local USCG Inspectors and ABS Surveyors and MSC or U.S. Navy ships Port Engineer or technical representative (as applicable).
