C&B Technology expands Técnico’s capabilities with a comprehensive range of precision manufacturing, machining, fabrication, and shipboard services. From one-of-a-kind prototype components to low-volume and production manufacturing, C&B Technology provides precision CNC milling and lathe work, in-place machining, CNC bending, prototype and reverse engineering, hydraulic and pneumatic cylinder rebuilding and testing, product testing, and a variety of finishing and marking services. Their capabilities support customers across the defense, military, aerospace, product development, and industrial sectors.

C&B Technology also offers advanced Dynamic XD Waterjet Cutting, utilizing a five-axis system with up to 60 degrees of motion to cut a wide range of materials with exceptional accuracy and virtually zero taper. With no heat-affected zone, a narrow kerf, and reduced need for secondary finishing, this technology enables C&B Technology to efficiently produce highly precise and complex components while helping reduce production time and cost. 

In addition, C&B Technology provides hydraulic flushing services for hydraulic power transmission piping and lubrication systems. Using a hot-oil flushing system with dual filtration, C&B Technology can remove particles and contaminants introduced through installation, maintenance, equipment wear, or pipe scaling, with spectrometric analysis and laser particle counting performed with every flush.
