Modernization is the primary vehicle for maximizing fleet readiness. Técnico is a demonstrated partner with extensive capabilities for integrated planning and execution of ship alteration installations, AITs, repair, engineering technical services, and logistics support services for modernization work.

Técnico brings new technologies to the fleet through shipboard alterations and installations that support Hull, Mechanical & Electrical (HM&E) and Electronic systems. We do physical hardware infrastructure connections and operational verification testing. Técnico is the on-ship installer and integrator: we perform waterfront installation efforts of new equipment and state of the art technologies while maintaining seamless systems integration.

Enhanced Modernization and Alteration Installation Team Integration

Tecnico supports continuous fleet modernization for government and commercial clients in the U.S. and abroad and has the capability to field teams to respond to emerging needs worldwide. Our shipboard modernization, AIT teams are comprised of seasoned professionals who have honed their skills through years of hands-on experience in ship repair, modernization and shipboard AIT services.

Our Management Approach and Operating Procedures are tailored to support NAVSEA standards, MIL STDS, OSHA requirements, technical specifications for Alteration Installation Teams (AITs), Joint Fleet Maintenance Manual, Tag-Out User manual, and all supporting reference documentation as applicable to contract requirements.
